Ron Russo

Founder

Ron is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder of BeachLabs.net, BeachLabs.org, CalleVerde.com, cDistro.com, CocoanutRow.com (CoRo.NFT), GLX.com, and web3.Holdings. He has been an active member of the investment banking and financial media communities for over 30-years holding key roles in brokerage operations and management as well as strategic consulting and investment banking for many broker / dealers.

Ron began a career on Wall Street in 1993 as a registered principal on the sell side of the retail industry. In 1997 Ron began raising institutional private equity for small-cap publicly traded companies (PIPE’s). In 1998 he founded Silicon Alley Capital Management, where he advised and funded several internet and new-media technology companies. In 2002 he re-entered the PIPE market participating in more than two dozen transactions until 2009. Over the past 12-years Ron has been focused on the creative side of digital design, data, and software.

Ron graduated from Seton Hall Preparatory School in West Orange, NJ in 1988. He went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from St. John’s University in Queens, NY in 1993. He has held various FINRA licenses including the Series 7, 63, 24 and 27. He currently resides in Palm Beach, FL.

He is recently coming off the exit of cDistro.com, which was sold to Marijuana Company of America, Inc. (OTC:MCOA) in June of 2021. cDistro.com scaled to $150,000 a month in revenues, as a distributor of smoke & vape shop products to specialty retail stores, within 12-months from startup. Roger Jay Jacknin

General Counsel

Roger is a lawyer with a focus on corporate and securities law as well as technology, intellectual property, and data protection.

Roger graduated from the The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach then went on to Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance. He then graduated the University of Miami School of Law. Roger currently resides in Miami, FL.

Felipe Alberto Lopez

Data Science / Marketing

Felipe focuses on data sourcing and data management to create various marketing strategies. He also executes bi-lingual content programs.

Felipe is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He graduated from the University CESDE with a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree and from the University of Antioquia with a degree in Journalism. He currently resides in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.

Rohit Singh

Digital Art / Graphic Design

Rohit is a digital artist and graphic designer that has been working with our Founder, Ron Russo, for many years. One of his many achievements is the design of the GLX.com and the web3 logos.

Rohit graduated from the Indore Public School in Madhya Pradesh with a Bachelors of Computer Application (B.C.A.). He currently resides in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
